GoRVing - Always Outdoors
Shot through the lens of Popular Mechanics, this co-partnership with GoRVing showcased RV Enthusiast, expert ski mountaineer and professional outdoor photographer Jason Hummel. We followed Jason deep into Washington’s Cascade Mountains and created a Profile Video and a 360 Video as well as an an in-book feature. I was responsible for directing both videos and photographing the in-book feature as well as the editing and post-production of the video and stills. The videos were featured on GoRVing’s website and the in-book ran in the July/August 2018 issue of Popular Mechanics magazine.
PROFILE VIDEO
In this profile video Jason shares his personal RV story as we take the viewer on a stunning tour through the Washington Cascade Mountains. The viewer learns who Jason is, what he does and how his RV helps support an inspired outdoor lifestyle.
360 Video
We created an interactive 360 Degree Video which featured Jason hosting a tour of his customized RV.
Nature’s Cameraman
The videos were featured on GoRVing’s website. Viewers were offered a peak into Jason’s Photo Journal as well as coordinates to some of his favorite locations in the Washington Cascade Mountains.
IN BOOK FEATURE
The in-book feature ran in the July/August 2018 issue of Popular Mechanics Magazine. Magazine readers could view the videos we created by clicking on the QR codes.
